Description:
There is a no bikes sign at the trail head. I asked the park ranger if it's new and he wasn't sure. I hiked the Willow trail up and it's pretty steep in spots and cliffy. I did see some but not many tire tracks so I guess people poach. Thousand Oaks isn't far and has some good sanctioned trails.
