Description:
A trail of 3 parts! From SW/Aberfoyle end to the NE end respectively:
1st section (before forest, between hillside and recently chopped plantation) - nice new twisting gravel path
2nd section (in forest) - a mix of windblow diversions and where it isn’t good old fashioned terribly drained mudfest sections in the dark wet pine wood!!
3rd (longest) section (across open fields) - ok but very wet on the day we did it and lots of tricky technical rock… which is either good fun and challenging or frustrating depending on your skill levels! ;-)
*** But it was all passable.***
