First off, thanks to the people involved in the trail network, keep up the good work! All in all we enjoyed the trails until things went sideways.
If I may suggest improvement to the trail signage and overall maps is a must. Even with preparation and trail forks, it’s not easy place to navigate. Better sign placement and maps along the trail would go a long way.
Our trip didn’t go so well, we got disoriented for a little while, exhaustion set in for my 11 year old who ended up in the hospital for two nights, with an abdominal laceration because of an unfortunate crash (see picture, this is after treatment and the would is closing up). Proper signage would not have prevented the crash, but would have helped the overall ride with less guessing/ wasting time, especially when trying to figure out if we’re going the right way to get out of there with a gushing wound.
Again not knocking the volunteers who do their best, just a friendly suggestion.
