May 13, 2018 Pioneer Trail--Burlington Ridge Rd to Lowell Hill Rd Trail Report

Small tree down across trail, blocking trail. It's probably less than a mile from the eastern end of this trail segment. Aside from this one hazard, this trail is surprisingly fun and flowy. Unfortunately, if you're heading east, you'll come upon the obstacle with speed and without much visual warning before you're right on top of it. Someone already tried to cut it but must have needed a bigger saw, as it's still blocking the trail. Otherwise, this is a sweet section of trail (especially the eastern 4.5 miles that I rode today.
