Description:
SDMB Trail Work report from Saturday Nov 11th, 2023. 11 volunteers spent 1/2 day working on a section of Ladybug about .7 miles in from the Angle Orchard Trail head. They repaired 3 very tight corners and rounded them out to make them more bike friendly. We cleared out the brush corridor and raked out the slope creeping into the tread. Approximately 1500ft of trail was improved.

As more folks start to ride Ladybug with Mt Graham gaining notoriety, we receive more feedback. Arcadia Trail is a much faster, less technical descent than Ladybug. Folks that are used to riding Mt Lemmon in Tucson or South Mountain in Phoenix may be more apt to like Ladybug as it's technical and requires advanced bike handling and there are sections of hike a bike. Ladybug will receive more maintenance in 23/24 to make it a bit more approachable to a wider range of riders. However, it will still remain an advanced technical trail with features that many folks will need to walk.
