One homeless tent on the east end between the apartments and Bluff Springs.I went right past it and told the guy it was dumb to put the tent there

 Still there today and trail blocked with lots of debris and water jugs. Looked like the trail was purposefully blocked. Had to go back up and around through the apartment complex.
