Description:
Motorcycles have ripped up most of the trail. It's hardly rideable with a sense of flow for much of the mileage, but it would otherwise be a green trail. I rode it clockwise. It now easily takes the cake for the worst condition of a green or blue trail that I've seen in Southern Nevada since 2019. Tropical storm Hilary clearly had negligible impact here in comparison to motorized high torque abuse. The unconsolidated alluvium is one thing that's expected, but the ruts, dislodged cobble and boulders, and blown out climbs and turns make this a farce of a MTB trail. Over 75% of the loop needs a raking of the singletrack at least. Beware of the heaps of donkey droppings! Nonetheless, the wash crossings are easily manageable on 2.3 inch wide tires and some sense of balance. If anything, save this loop for a trail run during the Spring bloom.

The last rain ruined several parts of the trail, it's pretty much unrideable for the most part. view
