Description:
Clear trail but grueling climb. It took me well over two hours to reach the end. At 8.5 miles the trail just fades out. I could see a continuation of the trail on what looked like an old railroad grade, but it's all overgrown. The downhill run was spectacular though! Took me 50 minutes to reach the trailhead.

Blowdowns cleared up to viewpoint with benches at 2900ft elevation. Lots of small branches on tread. Tread is damaged and narrow from rootballs... view
