Description:
Loamy and good, top recently cleared. Bottom is a tiny bit over grown but not bad. There was one slight washout about 1/4 of the way down that makes the single track tight, it is rideable but was on a blindish corner. I was night riding and it came up on me fast. Careful in the wet season, some areas have slight mud from groundwater seeping from the hillside.
