Really fun trail. Ends on private property but I contacted the landowner Shani, and she said:
“You are more than welcome to ride the trial, just chuck us a mad shucka every time you ride past”

Tree down about halfway on the descent. Landowner has put up a bunch of private property signs, only mentioning horses, not mtb. Not sure how they... view
