Description:
An unseasonable melt has created ice under some of the snowpack. There's not enough snow in areas to snowshoe and at times there may be uncomfortable to hike through. When it's not too cold, the temperatures make for a unique and memorable outdoor experience. Hikers and snowshoers have packed some of the trail down in areas.
