 I saw this the other day too, but it is A: bigger than the picture makes it seem, I went around to the left of it, looks like a few have gone that way and B: It's blue/white dot trail and technically a hiking trail

 Thank you for reporting! Looks like pine, which is soft wood to cut, and not that big in this case. It should be an easy cut for anyone with a folding saw.
