Description:
Not sure what to say about this “trail”. There is a short paved section but you can’t park anywhere near the trailhead which is below railroad yard with posted signs all over the place. If you head north out of Scranton, the pavement abruptly ends. The “trail” appears to run on bumpy grass on the top of a flood dike. Then it ends under and underpass that looks to be part homeless encampment and part party spot. I didn’t bother to see if the trail picked up again somewhere. The paved section is very nice, but very short. Good to take young kids maybe, but nothing I’ll ever ride again.
