The lower trails are not as grippy as the upper trails view

 If the trail is actually still there and they just updated the trail name then recommend editing the trail on TF to show the new name to keep it accurate.

 the trail name has been updated, but the trail is like 30% there, most of it is new, I have submitted a top to bottom for the trail
