Description:
I contacted Rockhampton council several times over the last year regarding maintenance required and that they were very close to being overgrown beyond repair. Three calls back and nothing had been done. Shame for the crews that put in all the work and shame for letting it go to waste. Overgrown vegetation

There is now a sign at the Dee River crossing asking you to not go further. Rest of the trail is fine. view

The second half of the trail is completely overgrown. There are sections where you lose the trail completely and have to hack your way through... view

Trails have been maintained up until the end of miners run. No maintenance done further up the track unfortunately. view
