Description:
On 6/5 a JAMBA volunteer group of seven people (three chainsaws), with prior USACE and FoWRT approval, cleared all trees across the trail from Angel Falls to the Pratt Bridge Abutments. USACE notified us that two of their people cleared from the Winhall Brook Campground to the Pratt Bridge Abutments. So the trail should be clear from Ball Mountain Dam to the Depot in South Londonderry. There are two small bridges between Angel Falls and Pratt Bridge that were "relocated" by floodwaters in 2023 and they remain out of commission. The various stream crossings are a mixed bag but passable on foot or hike-a-bike.
