Description:
CAUTION at the 0.5 to 0.6 mile mark (going around/under peak with American Flag). Large/Active Killer Bees nest found just below flag near top and bees are active throughout the area. I found the nest hiking to the flag with my dogs (50 feet above Blackjack trail) and the trail itself should be safe to ride - just be aware in case you choose to make a short trip up to the flag. Nest is in small cave just below flag - you will hear it - it sounds like a NYC subway - DANGER! The trail is otherwise in great shape - being a primitive/rocky trail.
