conditions variable... had been raining a bit recently and several parts of the trail had wet, swampy, muddy sections... but nothing you can't roll through, in the first 1/3 of the trail.. that later sections closer to the Mountain Bike Park (southern end of the trail) are all pretty clear and in ideal condition. You can ride along the bitumen road Bundarra rd, a little further, and there is another access point about a kilometre from the starting point (Near the edge of the road is a little yellow bridge onto the trail) if it's been raining lots and you want to avoid the most swampy bits.
