Description:
Az trail. 14 miles rt. Took tumble out towards Schultz creek, too tentative or should walk it, downhill and stopped, rock bounced me off to left and rolled me down steep rocky sidehill, flipped bike over. Seat too high too. Left hip high, left shoulder, tore up elbow. Wear knees and elbows, I have them, get used to it.
