Sep 08, 2024 East Boundary Ridge Trail Report

There is a sign at the top of this trail that says its closed for logging. AS it was a late Saturday afternoon I took a gamble that it was just a "we don't want people near the logging zone" sign, but Iost that gamble as 2/3 the way down the trail hit a massive fresh clearcut as in it was still full of the downed trees. I traversed throught it rather than push back up but it was pretty brutal. Trail is definitely closed. A shame (for now anyway) as its a pretty fun descent off the ridge, a lot better than going down the road.
