Description:
Recent private property blockage at lower end could be easily diverted by using the right of way extension of Government Street which extends east right up to the right of way south extension of 13th St. (at the tree line where Lower Hangnail meets the private property). This strip is not part of the private property.

Walking trail is cut from upper Private Property sign to Government St. and stays on Public land via Government St right-of-way. Suitable for walking but needs minor grubhoe levelling for bikes, as well as a bike run-out onto Government St at the end (steep sand bank along road).
