Description:
This is a steep hike and starts above 10000ft. Connected with the upper section to the lizardhead trail you will reach 12000ft. If you’re not used to the elevation you’ll be moving at a pretty slow rate of speed. It’s a beautiful, much of it wooded trail with spectacular views along the way. The trail itself is a bit dry and eroded, but decent.
