Some trees down here and there. Otherwise good view

A few chainsaw sized trees down. We cut out the small ones with a hand saw. Minimal overgrowth and the tread is in decent shape. view

Mostly rideable. Some uphill sections are to steep to ride. Be prepared to hike-a-bike . view
