 Ok, perhaps this is true according to the site you mentioned. However, Sir… I ran into 2 Forrest Service fire fighters that were posted at the closed entrance to Hanna Flat Campground. They informed me that the trails are indeed open and that the campgrounds and some parking areas are closed early for the season due to the Line Fire. I wished them a good day as I pedaled into the campground to pick up the trail heading down to Grays Peak. If indeed these areas are officially closed, there is nobody enforcing the closure. I ran into people riding and hiking on every trail I did. Again, I say get some before the snow comes.
