Cannot currently use this to get the the Monument Trails because Owl Pass is closed for construction.

Construction of some sort of taking place and it only takes you as far as the visitor center to visitor center so find another place to park it... view

 Trail is still closed as of Dec 12. Unfortunately, there is no signage at the trailhead to tell you it's closed... you have to get about 1/2 mile in and the trail is blocked.
