Description:
I've never ridden this trail before, but it looks like it's closed. There's a big fence and lots of private property signs. Can someone please let us know where to find it if it's still open?

Good condition, overall. Still a bit muddy towards the bottom after the rains, but ride-able. view

 Yeah its very ridable and in good condition, it is on private property but it is ok to ride just be respectful and if you want help clean up stuff. The fact that it is not city property is the reason fun stuff can be made on this trail.
