Description:
Very salty; wet/slushy Thursday (Jan 23) morning, but mostly dry with a few salty-puddles by ~5pm (~15-20F). Getting from the LFT to Ontario St thru the Ohio St underpass was mostly dry (some small snowy patches) Thursday pm, too.
