Saison-bedingt viel Laub und der Trail daher nicht immer gut sichtbar. Ansonsten aber alles frei. view

 As far as I know the middle section of this trail was "created" illegally. (And maybe in the lower section, too?)
The public authorities in this area are annoyed about illegal trail building and riding.

In my opinion in the first place trails should by public shared on trailforks which are official or *not* problematic to ride. Problematic trails - as this one - should be at least marked as "problematic" that every one knows about.

By the way: This trail is in Hessen, not in Baden-Württemberg.

 Oh you're right, that's already Hessen. You could edit the trail and add the "Unsanctioned" property and a disclaimer explaining the situation for this trail. And/or contact the regional admin for Hessen/Bensheim (if there is one) who maybe has a deeper insight on the situation there.

 Like for the other trail, did you see any bicycles forbidden signs, or other clues that biking is prohibited on that specific trail? If not, then it's just the same as for any other trail in Baden-Württemberg.
