Mar 05, 2025 Columbia Trail Trail Report

Rode it both days this weekend. Beyond 4 trees down that need chainsawing and a bit of snow and mud at the north end after the old bridge heading south, most of the trail is open and in great shape. Another week for the snow to melt and things to dry up and it will be perfect.

I bucked out a bunch of smaller stuff with my silky over 3 trips and limbed off a tree so you could get over it. Hoping to get back out with the chainsaw.

This trail needs something to stop motor bikes, particularly on the Trail side.
