Mar 19, 2025 Elk Rim Trail - Entrance Trail Report

There has been a ton of deadfall on Elk Rim this winter. The trees have been cut on loop 1, but there is still some debris on the trail. Loop 1 is the only fully rideable section, but there is still some snow (and mud early if the frost is coming out of the ground). Any assistance with clearing debris further from the trail is appreciated. The connector is clear other than 1 big tree you can drag your bike under. Loop 2 deadfall is cut about halfway along the leg further from the lake, the lakeside leg is impassable. Loop 3 is impassable.
