Description:
The entire Elk Rim network had a massive amount of deadfall since last season. Loop 1 has been cleared of deadfall and is rideable - with a couple of small snow patches. Riding is best later in day after frost is fully out and dried, or in the morning when frozen. The connector and about half of loop 2 have had deadfall cut, but there is still debris on the trail to be cleared. Any assistance with clearing deadfall is much appreciated as Trail Crew has a lot more work to do on loop 2 and on all of loop 3.

Green - Clear, and ok to ride
Yellow - deadfall has been cut but lots has to be pulled clear of trail
Red - impassable by bike due to deadfall.

Please contact the FTA if you're interested in helping out with clearing deadfall next week.
