I hiked this Sept 2017 and while I am happy to hike-a-bike, I would say this is not really a bike trail. its steep, very overgrown literally straight up some sort of old logging trail. it then turns into the forest but remains tight and steep on a very narrow walking trail. the views of the valley from the top are great though
