The Chief Stick Officer is back at it for another season! I heard a rumor, possibility started by @ridingloam, that 2/3rds of WORCA's trail maintenance budget this year will be spent on A River Runs Through It! Is it true, maybe, or maybe not?! Great conditions other than the ravenous mosquitoes.
