Description:
Rode loop clockwise today, Monday May 12. A few short snow patches and short damp sections of trail on more north facing aspect, but overall, ready for traffic and very nice conditions. Only one tree down, and that is a large one (+/-22 inch dia.) along the River/Life Preserver Section of the Choc. Gulch Tr. Those on foot or bicycle can pass over. Also two significant snow piles remain along Life Preserver section of trail. Easy to get footing for passage, when I passed. Equestrians may find snow and downed tree difficult or impossible to pass safely.
