Description:
This was my wife's and my first time doing any lift serviced mountain biking. While Greek lists 3 easiest trails, one was closed due to the really wet spring we've had (Promethius) and the other (Keres) I most definitely do not consider beginner-friendly.
Fortunately, Ares had just the right amount of challenge for our first time out. My wife did walk the bike through a few sections, but never got freaked out by any of them. And for me I still had plenty of fun.
We chatted with the Recreation Director and they are planning to expand what they offer for beginners :-)
We made 4 runs down Ares and by the last run my wife only had to walk the bike over one small bridge so we saw very good improvement in that one day.
