Jun 07, 2025 Spelunca Gorge Downhill Trail Report

The trail would be perfect for technically skilled “trial style” bikers. Unfortunately the upper 2/3 are completely neglected and scattered with sharp, loose rocks of all sizes which make it very hard to calculate (see pictures) and very frustrating. And the already difficult switchbacks become even more difficult. The lower part from the second bridge down is much cleaner but has some steep short climbs… in the middle there are 2 fallen trees and some difficult down climbing in part destroyed by thunderstorms (I suppose), especially with a bike in your hands.
Not recommended at the moment!
