Description:
Getting snow covered. The section. From the Microwave road up about a km has been cleared by a large machine. There is now a junction part way up as a second road has been cleared or created. Go right.

 seems to be access to the hydro line that runs up to the Khyber/Babylon towers, probably doing work in there on that.

 Yeah. The roads to mid Babylon are also cleared to that power line.
