One issue to be aware of is dogs off the lead. (and the resulting piles of poo to avoid). There are 'cycles only' signs telling the dog walkers where they're not able to go, but you can see from the map that the blue Shelbrook trail shares with or crosses the 'family friendly' and woodland trails in a number of places. Dogs may be running off the lead in those shared parts of the trail, I saw three this afternoon.
