Description:
The volume of loose rocks on Coyote made this section of trail near unrideable for me. I was riding "Up" (i.e., from Road Noise toward the "Crossroads" at the top of FS-whatever the number is). I'm not sure whether the loose rocks are the result of motorized vehicles or rain, but it's brutal. That climb was always tough, but this is next level. The tree thinning has also made it feel much more exposed and hotter than it used to.

Upper Coyote is closed beyond the intersection with Road Noise due to USFS mechanized thinning project scheduled for Oct 7, 2024 - May 31, 2025. view

Trail is REALLY degraded from motos and rain…. I won’t be riding it again sans motor… goodbye Coyote, enjoy the dirt bike riders ..|.. view
