Good to great summer riding conditions in Mid July.
Most trails, where applicable, have been trimmed & brushed back.
Though expect some areas to have natural encrouching underbrush & vegetation.
Firm Fast tread overall. Typically robust within 24-48hrs after measurable rainfall during July & August.
