Description:
July 8 2025 ride: Trail is passable but difficult right now, mainly due to deadfall after the 2024 Trout Fire. Motos have created go-arounds for many; the others are easy to get over. The narrow canyon section as you get close to the intersection with Siretta is the most difficult spot as the trail appears to have changed with high stream flow following winter. It's a solid adventure ride right now. I rode it southbound (downhill). It would be tougher going the other way.
