Description:
Large tree across the trail about 3.0mi. from the Homestake North trailhead. Very dry, and all the decomposed granite granules are very slippy, particularly in the switchbacks. A bigger "squeeze" than the trail segment south of the Interstate, and not a proportionally larger amount of "juice".
