Very dry and sandy and clearly a lot of horse traffic. Likely riding on the beach for miles and miles. Be sure to plan for extra time and water for this section as its power and soul sucking.

We lucked out with perfect trail conditions, we rode through a storm and the sand was compacted- dry would likely be a nightmare view
