Description:
The trail is clear to the second Paradise Creek crossing/mud slide zone. The trail has slid into the creek just before this historic crossing zone, someone has scuffed in a new access down to the creek. Not sure what the creek would be like to cross here during high water. No old log jams to use.
We only had hand saws this trip so minimal trail work. There are some bypasses around big logs.
If someone is looking for a chainsaw trail work project, there are lots of beetle kill pine hanging over the trail that need to either be cleared or the will be blocking the trail after the next winter or wind storm.
The motorcycles using the trail certainly aren't helping the muddy sections.
