Description:
Section above Thomas Hunting Ground has some erosion in one stretch but most of it is in good shape. Worth riding. First section below THG has decent tread for the most part but getting overgrown and tread is quite sandy vs before the fire when it was usually rocky. And has the mentioned three washouts. Didn't have any issue crossing them. I'd ride it again. Second singletrack section has no washouts but very sandy and lots of erosion channels across the trail leaving the tread off camber and tough to keep wheels on the trail. Also overgrown. It is passable but not much fun to ride right now.

Four major wash out sections at last half mile, treacherous to cross with exposure and loose sand. Needs major repair. view

Major erosion. There are 3 washed out dry stream crossings that are sketchy to cross and will require major work to repair. Also somewhat overgrown. view
