Oct 26, 2025 Colpitt Lake Trail Trail Report

I would not advise hiking that far side of Colpitt Lake Trail - easy to get off course and the underbrush bayberry bushes are essentially overgrowing into the entire trail until you make it to the clearly more travelled side of the lake closest to the subdivision. Stick to the maintained biking trails in my opinion. Once you get past the corner where it starts to head back it is much better.
