For posterity - pest control guys went through today and it's a bit of a mess, trees over, gorse etc + loads of low ponga branches. Report includes the section from Native down to Marua.

As per always loads of trail debris, trees down etc quad bike [pest control] has been through and ripped it up too, loads of face thwackers view

7.5 hour round trip carrying hand tools all the way, I removed all the fallen branches [really dangerous when wet] and trees and derailleur killer... view
