Description:
Significant leave coverage on Paint Mountain and Paint Creek. Pretty treacherous as a result. Paint Creek also has a large rutted section, 2-3 feet deep if I had to guess. Not sure when is the best time to ride these trails; definitely not summer as I’m pretty sure Chimney Rock would be too overgrown. Definitely not after the leaves falls. Maybe a winter-only destination. Curious if these trails are getting a lot of action these days.
