Description:
A chipper has been working a 3 mile section below Grizzly Flat road. They are cutting the vegetation back about 20FT on both sides of the road. The road is littered with tree debris. I would not want to blast down the road in this condition. Going up, much slower, I think I had a branch pop up and scratch my bike.
