Description:
OSU has closed lower mulligan, for a prescribed clearcut based on a pseudoscience rationale posted on the closure map (its all about $$$ and destroying trails, clear cuts are not sustainable forestry by any stretch of the imagination and are certainly not "research").
The only way to get out from the bottom trails is to climb up lower knickers (the closure sign is right next to the "no exit from the golf course sign). There is no designated climbing trail out
OSU apparently has "encouraged" golf course and nearby land owners to document mountain bikers on their property. So please don't give them what they want! My interpretation is that they are looking for any reason to revoke the NWTA lease
